Halyk Bank plans 100 billion tenge discount bond issue

ASTANA. Sept 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Halyk Bank's board of directors approved the issuance of discount bonds worth a total of 100 billion tenge on Sept 21, according to a filing on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.
